Return Window

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all included materials.
We can’t accept returns on items that show wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.

How to Start a Return

Email brightamericallc@gmail.com with your order number, the item name, and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

Our team will review your request and send detailed instructions for the next steps, including where to send your item if applicable.

Do not return any item without first contacting us — drop-ship products must be returned directly to our supplier or the fulfillment center we assign for your order.

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, the return address will depend on where the product was shipped from.

Who Pays Return Shipping

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping or issue a replacement at no cost.

If returning for any other reason (such as a change of mind), the customer covers return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if you notice any damage or receive the wrong product.
Include clear photos and your order number so we can quickly resolve the issue.

For faster service, please place a new order for the item you want once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
